Ceramic atelier  ·  Commission only

Made for one kitchen. Never twice.

We shape plates, bowls and serving pieces by hand for chefs who think of the table as part of the dish. Every piece starts with a menu — and ends up on one.

The idea

A plate is the last thing a chef composes.

Casa Dell Arte does not sell tableware off a shelf. We work with a kitchen — its produce, its portions, its light and its rhythm of service — and make the pieces that dish needs.

Rims sized to the sauce. Wells that hold a single bite. Glazes tested against the colour of what will sit on them. Then made again, in the quantity a dining room needs, with the same hands.

Our work

Every brand, every space, every need is its own.

  1. 01Michelin-starred restaurants
  2. 02Distinguished hotels
  3. 03Concept cafés
  4. 04Bespoke projects across industries

Our work spans Michelin-starred restaurants and distinguished hotels, concept cafés with a character of their own, and bespoke projects across other industries. Every brand, every space and every need is its own — and we see each piece we design and make as part of that individuality.

In every collaboration we respect each brand's identity and the way it works. What matters to us is not only the finished piece, but the trust and the long-term relationships we build with the brands we work with.

How we work

The full process →
  1. i.

    The brief

We start with the menu, not a catalogue: the dishes, the portions, the room, the service.

  2. ii.

    Form & prototype

Sketches become clay. Prototypes go to your kitchen to be plated on, handled, and argued over.

  3. iii.

    Glaze

Surfaces and colours are tested against your food until the plate disappears into the dish — or frames it.

  4. iv.

    Production

Every piece made by hand in our atelier, in the quantity your dining room needs.

White, in many voices.

Shell forms, pedestal plates, quiet bowls. A study in how many things white can say on a table.
