Bespoke
Your menu is the brief.
We only work to commission. No single pieces, no off-the-shelf sets — just tableware designed around what your kitchen serves.

The process
Five stages, one table.
- 01
Brief & tasting
We talk through the menu, the portions, the plating and the room. Where possible we see — and taste — the dishes. You tell us what the plate must do; we ask what it must never do.
- 02
Sketch & prototype
We propose forms on paper, then in clay. Prototypes are sent to your kitchen so the team can plate on them, stack them and carry them through service.
- 03
Glaze development
Glaze tiles and test pieces are fired against your palette — the colour of a sauce, the green of an oil, the light of the dining room — until surface and dish agree.
- 04
Handmade production
Once approved, the full run is made in our atelier by the same hands that made the prototypes. Each piece is checked before it leaves.
- 05
Delivery & replenishment
Pieces are packed for professional kitchens and shipped to you. We keep your forms and glaze records, so breakage and expansion can be replaced to match.
Confidentiality
Your designs stay yours.
Forms developed for one restaurant are never sold to another. Every piece designed for you, from its dimensions and rim thickness to its glaze and texture, belongs on your table alone.
We keep your form and glaze records solely for your orders. Whenever you need a new piece, replacements for breakage or a larger run, we make it again with the same care, just as it was on day one.
Questions
Before you write to us.
Can I order a single piece or a small set?
No — we work exclusively on custom commissions for restaurants, hotels and chefs. Every order is designed for the kitchen that places it.
Who do you usually work with?
Fine-dining and Michelin-starred restaurants, chef-led openings, hotel dining rooms and private chefs. We work with kitchens in Türkiye and abroad.
How long does a commission take?
It depends on the number of forms, the glaze development and the quantity. After the brief we'll give you a realistic timeline — tell us your opening or menu-launch date early and we'll plan around it.
Can you adapt a piece from your collections?
Yes. Many commissions start from an existing form or surface, then change in size, depth, rim or glaze to suit a dish.
What happens when pieces break?
Kitchens break plates — we plan for it. We keep records of your forms and glazes so replacements can be made to match.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Pieces are packed for transport and shipped to restaurants abroad. We'll confirm logistics as part of your quote.
